Hans B. Nadler, patriarch and owner, is a Certified Master Baker from the National Retailer's Bakery Association and a trained and certified Pastry Chef from his native Switzerland. His many years of experience in San Antonio have given him the opportunity of versatility in bringing together the American, Mexican, and European cultures into his shop.
